The good folks at Trouts Fly Fishing in Denver are stepping up to help ease a bit of the strain on government employees currently out of work because of the shut-down. This is a truly admirable act of goodwill in a time where we most-definitely need to be coming together and holding each other up. That’s what our fly fishing community is all about. Big thanks to Tucker and the Trouts family.

From the Trouts site:
As the Government Shutdown reaches its 25th day, our thoughts are with the hundreds of thousands of government workers who are currently furloughed. It is with this in mind that Trouts Fly Fishing is proud to offer a bit of a distraction for those affected.

On Tuesday, January 22nd, 2019 Trouts will be offering FREE Best of Day walk/wade trips for any government employees affected by the current shutdown.*
